Hi! I'm new to this group so here goes. I have used Sailwave version 1.43
for years with few, if any, problems. Now that I have downloaded 1.88 I'm
ready to go back to doing it by hand. Help!! My most pressing problem at
the moment is two fold ----I can't get the program to do a running tally of
the scores and the program doesn't recognize my three fleets so that when I
finish my "A" sailors it continues on with the "B" sailors as a continuation
of the "A"'s. I end up having to place all my "B"'s and "C"'s by hand.
What do I not have set correctly? Thank you for our help! Betty

Betty,

The fleet concept is still there - it's just generalised and split into
starts and scoring systems.
The upgrade logic should have created starts for each of your fleets and
added scoring system overrides so you can score fleets separately. But 1.43
is years old - it may not have coped - send me both files if you like and
i'll try and sort them out. I realise that 1.88 appears different but
really its just a generalisation of what's there. However I am thingking of
changing the name of scoring system overrides back to fleets - this will
create some confusion because you can score by any field now - but it should
help users coming from older versions.

PS: the access denied from 1.43 is probably real - you need to be an
administrator or poweruser.
