First, a hearty congrats! I've used Sailwave all summer for OD
regattas
and it's been a pleasure - no problems at all!
Next up, this fall, we will have several larger PHRF events and I
look
forward to using Sailwave there as well. One comment, tho'... If you
can get the Select Competitor tool to select by ranges (<,>,etc.) and
not just matches (=), this program will be a home run! As best I can
tell, presently, if we want to play around with where to break the
ratings bands, we must edit each competitor's fleet assignment
separately.
Just a suggestion, but perhaps you could create a wizard that does
nothing but re-assign fleets based on ratings.

Colin,
There’s a Southern Yacht Club in New Orleans. I’ve never been there,
but last weekend while scoring the Bellport
Bay Yacht Club’s Labor Day Series I heard mention of it burning
down in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
I just did a web search - Lycos came up with the Southern Yacht Club’s
web page . There are some
arial photos of the fire on the page.
