Is anyone else able to send results to the PYS website uploading from sailwave using the “Send results to the RYA” on plugin menu drop down? When I try it says cannot connect to the RYA.

Which version of Sailwave are you using? You need the latest version
Beta version 2.14.11 as the IP address for the server has been
changed.

Hi, I also cannot upload to the RYA, however my problem is different. I upgraded to Beta 2.15.0, so I can connect to the RYA but I get an error message as follows:

C:\Users\Rhysl\AppData\Local\Temp\blw2671.htm to RYA/Sailracer as
BristolC_sws0764275842902598_6.xml Error = 2
Any help gratefully received as I haven’t managed to upload any data for the last year or more and I really wanted to fix this for 2014.

I’m no techie but when I had a problem uploading to the RYA site recently, I turned firewall off and it seemed to work (I think).
As a work around could you not login to the PYS pages and upload sail wave files directly? In between the home and reports tab is an option to upload.

Hi Rhys,
The error reported is the error that Microsoft returns from a GetLastError as a result of a failed FtpPutFile API call. Error 2 is file not found which is really strange as the file is created and passed to it.
If you look now is the file specified blw2671.htm there?

Hi Chris,
Thank you. I could just go straight to the PYS page and upload, but it irks me somewhat not to be able to do it from the Sailwave application itself. I’d like to make it work and I don’t think it’s the Firewall, but thanks again.
