I would like to score a series of 3 races, but classes are established
each week so boats may be in a different class each race. A boat's score
at the end should be the total of her three race scores, regardless of
which class she was assigned to. How do I do that?
I tried scoring each race as a separate file and then creating a new
file and merging the results of each race into that file. That didn't
work (the "Nett" only included the first race merged in). I'm not sure
what to try next.

I’m interested in how this is resolved, because our club had a boat that changed fleets mid-way through a series. So far I have not found a solution to this vexing problem.

Hi Art, how about using the Addemdum C stuff - use
the flight field (the only field changeable per race) and enable
multiple 1sts. Then you can score by flight for class results, or
everybody as one group for overall results…
