Every time I score an NHC series, it is hit or miss whether the summary is sorted.
Normally have to switch between scoring and scoring groups a few times to get it come out.
Any ideas?

Hi Kirk,
Could you please explain in a bit more detail. Ideally with some screen shots and a copy of the blw which produces the issue you are reporting.
There are no known problems of this type.

Here it goes.
I did a windiff on them, not much difference. For bad one just changed finish time
What Can I add?
It is only happening this year; latest 2 releases (I think)
Seems to occur when I add competitors or race (or change finish time of competitor).
System is NUC I& with 16GB Ram
possible conflicts
have Visual Studio, Libre Office on PC.
I do not use rescore, only score series;
Typically new boats show up for race over series,so I am adding boats during series.
Seems to get worse as I add boats(competitors)
Cannot swear to it, but think same thing happened this year scoring a dinghy regatta, on a different computer (laptop) on which I downloaded latest version (about July 15)

I may be missing something, but the output shown in RUST_series bad.htm is sorted on R10 placings.
When a series is Scored or Rescored by Sailwave, the boats are, without fail (in my experience) sorted in order of ascending Rank - subject to any fleet/grouping criteria specified in the Score dialogue (none in this case). Publishing at this stage would produce boats listed in Rank/net points order as publishing does not alter the order.
If however, the data is sorted after scoring on almost any other column, e.g. R10, and then published the output will be in the order displayed in Sailwave at the time.
Is it likely that the scored data is sometimes but not always sorted by one of the race columns after scoring before publishing? If so then I think that is the most likely cause of the problem I think you are describing. I’ve been caught out a few times by this!

Not as far as I know; At least the visible display says it is still sorted by rank, (see attachment).
I know if I choose a column to sort by, then the display will change ( and I guess that overrides the default publish menu- Yes tried it).
It is good to know how avoid it, sort by rank twice (2st gets you reversed snd 2nd gets clean order.
But if sort order is really R10, then it should on display.

It does look like the sort is on R10, but the display still shows sort by rank.
At least now I know I know how to fix it; force sort by rank; but I think it is still a little bug
