Starting Sailwave & automatically opening a series

We run a number of different series within Club racing i.e. a Club
Championship, A Sprint Series & A Handicap Series. Is it possible to
setup a shortcut icon that will automatically open a specific series
i.e. passing a parameter to the sailwave executable.

Surely the easiest way is just to create shortcuts from each of the
Sailwave (.blw) files and stick them on the desktop or wherever you
want to get to them from.
