We had a Sunfish turn up at our local regatta. This is a very uncommon boat locally. We had to derive a rating for it under the RYA system we use. Anyone have a RYA rating for this boat?
US Sailing rates it at 96.6 on their system. I took the ratio of Laser at 91.1 to RYA's 1088 to 96.6 to arrive at 1053.
Is this a fair way of deriving a rating, or any other ways?
