Just a note to clarify Sailwave support in general.
The web site (www.sailwave.com) does not contain any specific statement
(either way) about support from me. One of the reasons that Sailwave is
free is so that I can walk away from it from time-to-time if need be.
In reality, I do respond to 99% of emails asking for support, although some
are a little late in coming!
The voluntary registration/donation scheme has complicated this situation
slightly, but the latest registration page (www.sailwave.com/register.htm)
does not make any reference to support; if a user chooses to register, they
are making a donation for the software and the future of the software, but
not an increase in the level of service offered.
But again, in reality I do support Sailwave registered users; I usually
respond to a registered user before an unregistered one. Ditto requests for
tweaks; registered users are usually considered before unregistered ones and
are more likely to get something done; but of course there are still no
promises.
Thanks to those users that have registered their copy and apologies for the
delay in getting the registration files out; I'm about there with the new
translation stuff, so I can upload soon... hopefully this week sometime...
Please don't be afraid to nag me if I've promised you something "ASAP"... I
do have a formalised todo list, but I can be good at ignoring things I
should be doing in favour of my latest 'great idea'...
