Is it correct to say that the team ranking facility takes the best scores of N competitors per Club (or whatever field is chosen) per race, not just the top N overall? i.e if a sailor does well in one race, he would be included in the team score for that race but not the rest?
And the score for missing team members is (no. of races * no.of teams * N) + 1 ?
