Have you come across the top menu not working after a new install on NEW PC with Snapdragon Processor Windows 11 Home
eg File view edit etc. (Don’t even highlight)
2nd Row of Icons all work fine.
Interestingly when ALT is pressed then all menus work with mouse or shortcut key.
