Units for elapsed time?

Hi all,
I note that Sailwave accepts ':' and '.' as delimiters for elapsed
time, and that an elapsed time of, for example, "01.30.89" can be
entered.

What units are being used here - decimal minutes, or seconds? Is
there any difference in the way that Sailwave interprets the figure,
depending on the delimiter entered?

Thanks,

James

Whatever delimiter is being used the units are always hours minutes and
seconds. The RRS do not allow fractions of seconds in fact.
