Untrapped Error #9 when opening SWPH.exe

Could you give me the version numbers you are using please. This error is one that I’m aware of if you are using Version 2.8.5 of Sailwave without upgrading to the latest SWPH. Some of the changes in the later changes broke the Original SWPH but I did update it to support 2.8.5

V1.0.12 02/02/13

  • Change Processing of file to be compatible with the new Sailwave format for 2.5 onwards
  • Fixed problem with Subscript out of range on some files (Increased number of columns supported)

If you are using Sailwave 2.8.5 and SWPH 1.0.12 and still have a problem could send me a copy of your blw then I’ll investigate it.

Thank you for the reply but you haven't told me which version of SWPH you are using is it 1.0.12 which is the latest. If it is then please send me your blw file (and the xls template if you have modified it) and I'll diagnose the problem - I suspect you are not using 1.0.12 which you will need if you are using Sailwave 2.8.5
