I having trouble using the “Update competitor rating” feature. When I click on it I get an error message saying that it can not find the rating. If I click on the edit rating file button I can see the ISAF and USPN rating files, but the program does not seem to find them. What am I doing wrong.

Nothing by the sounds of it. What is the exact text of the message you
receive?
