Hi Shaun,
This might be a case of the new computers not having the server FTP settings. For security the FTP settings are stored in the computer registry and not in the Sailwave files
Below are the steps to configure the FTP settings.

I always publish to a file on my PC, then use Filezilla to ftp to my website.
Filezilla would have to be setup with the relevant server settings.
Hi Malcolm,
Yes this will work fine and there are many other free FTP applications that you can also use such as Core FTP Lite but it is not necessary you should be able to upload directly from Sailwave so no need to install another application and no need to do the two steps. The original version of Sailwave only supported standard FTP but the newer ones have supported SFTP and FTPS for a few years now,
But the choice is yours
Regards
Jon
Jon,
Trying out ftp from SW - get an authentication error.
My (supplied) password is 20 characters (and copy/ paste doesn’t work ). SW only seems to accommodate 19 characters?
