Uploading results to PYS Online

Hi, I am trying to upload results to the PYS online site. Sailwave tells me the data was sent ok then says to click a link to finalise the data. I do this but the results are not appearing on our club’s pages. This is my first time using the system so maybe results take time to appear?

Can anyone give some advice on this?

Hi Charlotte,

Which version of Sailwave are you using? You need to be using the very latest version (v2-18-5) for the PYS web site now. Changes were made recently.

The latest version can be obtained from the Beta section of the Sailwave downloads area. Don’t be to concerned with the beta title, as I
have been using across a rnage of different results sets checking it out and so far have not found a problem.

Further to Huw’s post, after
uploading from Sailwave, you need to ‘Import Data’ at and import
each race one at a time (using the little buttons by the races
under the ‘Status’ column) before they appear on the ‘View Race
Results’ page.
