I'm about to set-up a multiple class event called Bangor week. It
uses a 20% alternate penelty. Can this be done using sailwave and if
so how??

Hi Jim,

Currently SCP is implemented as a 'set points by hand' code method - i.e.
you have to do the 20% calculation by hand and then enter the points. Note
that you still need to log the original position or elapsed time because
boats do not move up around SCP - like ZFP and RDG* they eat a position.
I'll automate N% as a new code method ASAP but it'll be a couple of weeks at
least... sorry for the inconvenience...
