Using USSA Portsmouth Rating System - questions

Hi to Everyone.

Tonight I will be doing the results for a Friday Night Regatta, using Sailwave.

My doubts:

  • we intend to use a wind indexed rating system; is there one available in SW Rating System tab in Scoring System menu?
  • for example is USSA Portmouth usable for this purpose?
  • if wind indexed system unavailable, how to establish a custom one?

If I choose CUSTOM on custom rating system tab, what does A and B values mean?
What kind of expressions should be entered on the left side of the same tab?

Sorry guys.
Just now noticed I had to enable the WIND INDEXED RATINGS in user interface.
I’ll enter wind strength ranges and see if my doubts remain.

Hi travelling at present but for wind indexing you need to enable it in the Menu - setup - User interface
