I spent some time playing with excel and notepad tonight and made this file with all the ratings listed on the US Sailing Portsmouth handicap site updated 2010.
I am not sure where to send it for some peer review and to get it posted so that others can download it without having to make their own.
I really appreciate the help i got from this community with my problems from a few days ago and since i couldnt find this anywhere to download i want to give back by providing it if I can.
