Sailwave 3.2 is available from the web site. It includes the extended
separator list (which has a look to see what you're using in the
start/finish fields and uses it in the elapsed field as appropriate). It
also includes fixing a typo in the Appendix A 8.2 tie resolution code that
meant that Appendix A 8.2 has been broken for a while.
I've had to release 3.2 earlier than I would have liked because of the App A
8.2 problem...
