Varianta 44

Just a quick question. I’ve scanned some of the lists and can’t find a Varianta 44. It’s a new-ish, and fairly high performance cruiser/racer from Germany. We have a couple here and they are consistently winning races. Their competitors are understandably concerned about the rating we are using for them.

Anyone seen a rating for it, or perhaps a comparable rating? We have it around 50 PHRF, but it seems too fast for that.

in the German DSV Yardstick list 2015 the Varianta 44 is listed with a yardstick of 86 B (B = under observation).
YS 86 like “Faurby 424”, Grand Soleil 39 (7/8, Keel 2,4 m)", “Luffe 40 (7/8)”, “Sirena 44”, “Winner 12.20” or “X 119”.
I hope, You 'll find a PHRF rating for one of the “comparable” boats.
