Does SAILWAVE recognize portuguese characters, specially accentuated ones?

The default Sailwave character set (ANSI Western European) covers Portuguese language as far as I have found out.

Hi - If you are importing the details just make sure the Encoding of the CSV file is ANSI and not UTF-8
If in doubt I recommend using the free program Notepad++
Open the CSV with Notepad++ and then click on the Encoding in the menu bar
If it shows a Dot next to the UTF-8 then you will need to convert it so ANSI by clicking on the Convert to ANSI
But if the Dot is by the ANSI there is no need to change anything
