Version 1.89 is available.

Changes:-

� Add more operators to expressions; i.e. as well as = allow <> > < >= and
<=.

� Add some default templates for File+New. It is expected that users will
create their own in a suitable location on their computer.

� Add File+NewLike menu to use an existing series as a template to create a
new series.

� Fix incorrect delete-race error message about all races being deleted.

NB: Version history and dev plan is in help file now - F1 or help menu.

NB: Includes a fix that didn't make the list to always follow the start WRT
finish type when using the Sailno wizard.
