Version 1.46 beta 8 uploaded. I didn't make it to the release version and
folk are waiting for stuff for this weekend, hence another beta. Austrian
high point scoring added and formula based low and high point systems.
Discards bug fixed (thanks Bill). See link below for complete list.
Edit+ScoringSystem has needed some rearrangement because it ran out of room;
apologies for the finger memory problems this may cause.
