Not for public release. Incorporates a first implementation of the UI
hiding mechanism. Still lots more stuff that be hidden/simplified when
stuff is not used, but it's a start. Critical feedback welcome.

Out of the box is more simple than 1.57 now.
More planned UI options include
- simple 'fleets' not generic ones - so that only the fleet field can be
used to score fleets.
- lots of places missed where stuff can be hidden now - e.g. score series UI
when only a multiple scoring systems is disbled. And the tools menu WRT
flight allocations when AppLE is disabled.
And property bar... etc etc.
- simplificaiton os starts somehow - its a pain that they are all
individual.
