version 2.02 buid 1 candidate release - needs testing

Volunteers needed to test build 2.02 build 1.
i.e. it’s a candidate release not on the download page of the website.

It’s here:-

It has a new publishing destination of a native Sailwave web page
viewer which seems to work OK - it’s hardwierd in the Style preview
button - easiest way to try it. But the major change is that on the new viewer there is an edit button
that attempts WYSIWYG web page editing.
Note the warning about save times (currently) when starting it.
It’s not designed to be used in earnest in this content (publishing
results) - just minor changes in real time.
It is planned to be used when for example publishing notices - so that
you have more control over the layout - i.e. w/o going to Word or
something. I’ll plug it in there (publishing notices) ASAP and
rerelease.
I’m especially interested if it all hangs together on various platforms
w/o crashing.
Thanks

Hi Colin

         Downloaded pwutil from:

http://www.pchelphq.com/index.php?autocom=dll_database&code=view_dll&view_dll=3599

Then this build ran OK, however when I clicked the edit button on the Sailwave web page viewer, I got a new browser window open which could not find the url, so the window contained the standard can't find page spiel.

         I'm on xp64

sorry

Hi Colin

Yep latest upload has pwutil & c60fex, and runs OK. Still get nothing from the edit button.

cheers
Tony
PS As I understood it Simon was looking for correctly named fields to match without hitting guess. Would be nice but not a big deal.

Tony,

I have been in ‘conversation’ with Colin and he has now uploaded a
newer build (same file name) and I can now edit the content. Just
beware that when Colin says the save is slow it really is
slooooooooooooooooooooooooow!

Kind regards,

Huw
