Hello,
again I can't install a new sailwave version! Downloaded sw2_4_6.exe. On installing I get a error message about file size differences (expected=1445290 returnded=1422542) in Win7.

christof - i googled that and all i could find
was that it means your doenload was not ocmplete

I didn’t have any such problem. Installed OK, could open an existing
file.

But I did uninstall the existing SW programme beforehand (used the

unwise utility)

I have installed 2.4.6 without a problem, I am yet to look at the data.

I do get this message on opening the program (Win 7 Home Premium, 64 bit)

‘Failed to get information on latest version; please try again later.’

Hi Rob,

  Ah.  That probably means I haven't fully done the tweaks needed

WRT server change. You can stop that happening by gong into the
global options and turning off the automatic check for new
versions. Just out of interest does a manual check for new
versions work - in help menu. Works OK here…

  I just made the connection WRT S and StopAVN etc.  Doh.  I'm slow.
