Huw,

Any chance you or someone has a copy of the flags zip file? I have an international event going on now, with a nice colour printer, and the flags would be a nice touch.

Hi John

Not sure about ‘the’ zip file but I have one which I use for events & has some extras

It is 1.6mb in size so if you want a copy, I will send it direct

I have found a zip file on my PC which is a shortened version. Have attached to this email - hope it works

Regards

Ralph

Ralph,

Sorry -- that file has signal flags, so it's probably the other one that holds the national flags. If you could send it along, that would be great.

Thanks,

Sorry John I don’t have a file with national Flags

Colin posted some comments about on-line national flags last month (search ‘flags’)

The urls were http://www.sailwave.com/flags and http://results.sailwave.com/flags.htm
but the web site is down at the moment

John,

I do not have a copy of the flags Colin has made available on the
Sailwave website
However you may like to try and see what you can do with the collection
that is available at this website .
They will a little large but it should be possible to resize or use the
same technique as has been posted for resizing burgees within Sailwave
as one off exercise.
Hope this helps
Kind regards,
Huw
