Which code to use to apply 20% scoring penalty

Under 44.3 (c) (quoted below) Which code should I apply to achieve the 20% penalty? ZFD or ?

“…When the sailing instructions do not state the number of places,
the penalty shall be 20% of the score for Did Not Finish,
rounded to the nearest whole number (0.5 rounded upward)…”

You can use the “SCP” scoring code. If you like, you can make a copy of it and modify the property to suit your sailing instruction.
