Why do I get same sequence numbering when entering results for several fleets?

I have several fleets in a series of sailings.
1. I add the resulting places for the last race by double clicking on
the race for each competitor in correct result order and then get up
the "Edit result" dialog which contain the the race place. For the
first fleet its ok.
2.--> When I continue with the second and third fleet will the
sequence number for the place just continue. But it should restart
from 1 again instead, easier to see that the place is correct.
3. When I do recalculate for fleets then everything is ok.

-- I have used several versions of sailvawe during some years and
noted that the problem in step 2 have come and gone from time to time?

So how do I get sailwave to give separate place sequences for
different fleets?

Johan,

This is expected. Sailwave has a wizard for entering results - Sail
Number Wizard. Sailwave takes boats in finish number order and when you
score, if you have different fleets Sailwave then assigns the finish
place within the fleet.

PS - it is much easier using the Sail Number wizard than manually
finding each boat and clicking in the cell.

Kind regards,

Huw

Hi.

Just a comment.
Huw is right, it's much easier to use Sail Number Wizard.

But remember to set up the fleets in the "race edit," this way sailwave
find the correct seperated fleets, instead of one common fleet.
That is probably the reason, why you get the problem too...
