Wind Index Ratings as default?

Is there a method to cause SailWave to default to using Wind Indexed
ratings for the USSA Portsmouth rating system. We set it to use
indexed ratings - but if we exit the results file and reenter to
rescore or post the scores the next day it has returned to using the
default portsmouth number - bit me last week as this moved a
competitor around in the finished and darn if they didn't notice.

Confirmed. It's a bug. I'll fix it now and release in 1.55 ASAP.
