For some reason since an update, Windows smart app control in security setting blocks Sailwave from running as its not recognised as a windows app. Easy fix I turned off smart app control, thought I would mention it.
I should say turning it off then back on didn’t restore the block so maybe it was just having a ‘moment’.
Classed it as an unsafe app for some reason, now it doesnt.
