Tony,
Sorry I can't help with this one, directly, as I do not have access to Windows Xp 64-bit. Question - have you ever had Sailwave v2.00b4 working? If so have you 'upgraded' your Windows XP 64-bit recently either with a Service Pack or Microsoft Security updates? If either of the latter two I would be thinking that they have stopped Sailwave working .
However, a quick trawl of the Internet using Google came up the following, which may or may not be helpful. Interestingly Microsofts own products can generate your message, e.g Office 2003 on XP!

Look forward to hearing you have successfully solved the problem and using Sailwave.
Kind regards,
Huw

Hi Huw
Thanks for coming back on this. I have 2.00b4 working on my old system. I've just bought a new machine which has XP64, it's up to date with the latest service packs, but 2.00b4 doesn't run. 1.95b11 will run, and seems to open 2.00b4 series files, so I guess I'll go with that.
thanks
Tony

Tony,
The following link might be helpful.
http://forums.techarena.in/windows-software/1033044.htm
Also the following link shows someone having the same problem with a fresh install of XP 64-bit and just Firefox & Adobe Flash installed.
http://support.mozilla.com/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?comments_parentId=311348&forumId=1
So my guess is some problem with XP 64-bit
Kind regards,
Huw
