XML error: xmlParseEntityRef: no name

I have encountered errors when I was using Plugins - Send Results to the RYA PYSOnline:

  • XML error: xmlParseEntityRef: no name

  • Error parsing races - race 10 does not
    exist.

I checked the past conversations in the group and tried the suggested solutions but did not work.

Is there anything else I can do?

I would like to add this: I encountered the errors with two files but uploaded the rest to PYOnline successfully. I also managed to upload 6 races out of 8 contained in the series file with which I had encountered the errors.

have changed the symbols in the file and successfully uploaded
the remaining results to PYOnline before its deadline.
