When I upload 1.44 beta 4 a bit of upgrade code will move your rating.txt to
a sub-folder called ratings that will be created in your Sailwave
installation folder. It'll also be renamed rating.csv. The idea is that
this folder can contain N rating files, which'll be easier to manage WRT
multiple rating systems. I'll update the web site to contain some useful
rating files. I've removed the user interface to what was called the rating
library. See attached page containing a fairly 'informal spec' (sic) of the
file format for rating files etc.
