FTP uplaod not connecting

SailWave has stopped being able to publish files to our website

The redacted error message is:

Unable to connect to ##################### - (Server closed data connection)

files can still be transferred with FileZilla using the same connection details: Server, base URL, User, Password, and port 22.

I don’t know if its connected but fileZilla reports that the server may not support UTF-8.

Any clues as to what is wrong?

Thanks for your advice. Not sorted yet, I’m using FileZilla as I know it. I downloaded Core FTP LE but couldn’t get it to work, probably something silly.

I’ve had an email from the club about the IONOS upgrade causing the SFTP with SSH-2 issue and seen your posting.

Back up and running with the software update ( SFTP with SSH-2 upload and IONOS )
